Refunds & Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to a refund in the case of the purchased course not being assigned to you within the expiration date from your date of purchase or if you have paid twice for the same course. Under any other circumstance, we will not consider any requests for refund as this is a digital course purchase.

When a refund may be granted

  • The purchased course or package was not assigned to your account before the package expiry date from your purchase date.
  • You were charged twice for the same course or package (duplicate payment).

When refunds are not available

All other refund requests are declined. This includes digital course and package purchases that have been activated on your account, partial usage of content, change of mind, or exam date changes. For billing issues, contact us from the Contact page.
